Our Mission

To provide software and services to address the specific research and operational needs of biotechnology companies, empowering them to efficiently deliver on their important work.



Holds an Engineering degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology.  In the Navy, he was an Electrician’s mate on the aircraft carrier, “Iwo Jima”. Vincent joined Biogen in 1990, where he worked for 17 years; as a BPU engineer, then as a Buyer and finally, the Purchasing Manager for 5 years. Vincent earned his CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) and founded BioProcure in 2007. He enjoys boating and fishing and visiting his hometown in Sicily.


Laura is a graduate of Regis College. She worked as a Software Support Analyst for Wang Laboratories and was the Treasurer for a 501C3 non-profit association for many years.  She enjoys boating, traveling and family time.


Holds a BS in Biology.  Kelly has been with Prendio for two years as the Director of Client Relations. Prior to that, Kelly spent 17 years in sales and marketing for Weyerhaeuser’s Containerboard and Packaging Division in Oregon and the Northeast US, marketing and selling recycled content to paper mills all over the world.  Kelly recently relocated to Austin, TX with her husband and son.  She enjoys spending time outdoors and is excited to start exploring Austin’s well-known food and music scene with her family.


Holds bachelor in mathematics and a master degree in computer science from Byelorussian State University. Eugene began his career at IDC as a Senior Software developer. In 1994 he joined Fidelity Investments as a Principal Software developer. Later promoted to Director of Architecture, he led many critical high visibility projects. After almost 20 years at Fidelity Investments, Eugene moved to Dynatrace where he worked with key clients to maximize the value of the system.


Has an Environmental Science degree from Clarkson University in upstate New York. Out of school, Matt worked to remediate a decommissioned nuclear power facility in western Massachusetts. From there, he went into nuclear power generation for 12 years, working at power plants in Vermont and New York. He joined the Prendio team in 2017. Matt likes to be outside breathing the fresh air, particularly in the Fall.


Bill holds CompTIA and Microsoft Certifications. He has worked as a Team Leader and a Senior Support Engineer in 24×7 Computer Help Desk environments, as well as a Computer and Network Technology Instructor. Bill joined Prendio in 2018 as a Technical Helpdesk Specialist. He enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, barbequing, and is a serious collector of model cars and automotive memorabilia.


Kara began her education in 2011 at Middlesex Community College, where she was awarded the prestigious Paul Sullivan Scholarship and inducted into the All-State Academic Team and the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society.  She then attended the Manning School of Business at UMass Lowell on the Mass Transfer Scholarship and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Accounting in 2016. Kara once had a short but eventful career as a professional ballet dancer.
